Yellow is the color of the season
If you haven’t heard it or seen it by now, I LOVE DRESSES and I LOVE a perfect maxi dress! This Free People maxi (inspired look) is the perfect color and shape for me this season. I am currently detoxing my life and I’m on a strict operation to half my closet. Truly, I discovered that I have some hoarding tendencies so I want to pair down because things are not everything.
So, during this time I have found myself gravitating to neutral colors and loving all the colors of the brown spectrum. I am loving browns, tans, yellows, and whites. I have realized that in order to achieve this pairing down, I need to have STAPLE items in my closet. My go to wedges, my go to sandals and that kind of a thing. I want to rid myself of excess. I absolutely adore this look. In an effort to embark on sustainability and avoid fast fashion, I have tried to commit to limiting my purchases to either thrifted or off the rack.
